At Jigantic.com, we’re committed to giving you Jigantic Savings Every Second and the lowest prices around! We know price is your bottom line! Here are some things to keep in mind when you are placing an order with us:

Placing Orders

We only take orders through our website. The good news is, you’ve obviously found our website! All of our prices are right here in plain sight, so you don’t need to worry about requesting quotes. We give the same bargain-basement prices to every customer, regardless of quantity.

Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and other Pre-Payment options such as wire transfer, company check, personal check, cashier’s check or money order. (Please note that pre-payments require funds to clear prior to shipping an order)

Order Verification

Address verification is a precautionary measure Jigantic.com performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.

Orders with the same billing and shipping address are more likely to ship same-day. If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra time to verify any alternate ship-to address.

Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.

Shipping

The vast majority of all orders ship the same business day of the order! Our shipping cutoff time for physical product is 4:30 PM EST. The registration cutoff time for software licensing is 4:00 PM EST.  It is possible to have an order shipped out after those cutoff times. If you require this, please email us at service@jigantic.com and we will attempt to arrange this for you. Please be aware that not all late requests can be accomodated due to the constraints at any particular warehouse that your product may ship from. Additionally, a small percentage of orders will take an additional 1 to 3 business days to ship out due to various conditions. Please be aware that the entire delivery time equals the order processing time plus order verification time plus transit time for the shipping option that you chose. Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends and that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery. For software licensing, please allow up to least 2 business days for the registration process to be completed prior to the license confirmation being emailed to you. Software Licensing placed after 4:00 PM EST on Friday, weekends, or holidays, will be not be registered until the next business day and thus the Online delivery shipping option will only occur on regular business days.  All higher value items do require a signature upon delivery. This is to protect you against lost or stolen items.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges on our website during the checkout process is our charge to you, the customer, for shipping, handling, and order fulfillment. It includes the time and labor that we absorb to prepare your product for shipping, the charges we incur from the shipping couriers, or any costs of registering software licenses for orders where there is not a physical product being sent to you. This charge is calculated for you at checkout and stays the same whether your entire order is fulfilled in one shipment, or if it requires multiple shipments. For software licensing products that does not have a physical shipment where the customer purchases expedited 2-3 Business Day or Next Business Day shipping, these shipping charges are utilized to pay for the manufacturer's expedited process services which essentially moves the registration process for your order to "the front of the line". With that, you are entitled to recieve the license for your software within the timeframe that you purchased. This timeframe does not include media shipments, though, if there are any for your order.

International Shipping

For international shipments, all regular policies do apply. Additionally, there is the potential that your particular country's customs department may impose a duty or tax prior to, or upon the delivery of your shipment. The customer agrees to be fully responsible for these local duties and-or taxes. Jigantic.com does not know and does not pay for any local taxes or laws. This is not a reason to refuse your shipment. If you refuse your shipment, there is a 15% restocking fee on the item and additionally Jigantic.com will withhold the double the shipping charges because Jigantic.com has to pay for the shipping charges to the customer and then again back from the customer. Please be aware of your local customs process prior to purchasing.

Cancellations

Orders can’t be cancelled once placed, as most orders immediately enter the order processing system. However, we do realize that stock may sell out from time to time. If you have to cancel an order because the item has vanished from our inventory, we’ll make that cancellation fee disappear as well. In the rare circumstance where the order has not proceeded into the order processing system and we’re able cancel your order, we’ll have to charge you a cancellation fee of the greater of $5 or five (5) percent. Cancelling backordered or preordered items can be made at anytime before your item enters the order processing system, with an exception for games, videos, DVDs, and books. Other than those exceptions, backorders and preorders will enter the order processing system when your item arrives in our inventory, or in the inventory of any of our distributors. Please note that pre-ordered games, videos, DVDs and books enter the order processing system when the order is created. This is to ensure your place in line for that pre-order. Because of this, preordered games, videos, DVDs, and books cannot be cancelled.

Refusals

If we are notified in advance that item(s) are going to be refused, the refused items will be treated as unopened returned goods. A restocking fee equal to the greater of $10 or 15% will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable and not a part of the restocking fee. If an order is shipped for no charge, this means that the shipping cost was built into the product price and will revert to be a default amount of $5.

If we are not notified in advance item(s) are going to be refused, a restocking fee equal to the greater of $10 or 15% plus a $25.00 refusal fee will be applied. If an order is shipped for no charge, this means that the shipping cost was built into the product price and will revert to be a default amount of $5.

Undeliverable Orders

It is the customers responsibility to assure that the address provided to Jigantic.com during the checkout process is accurate. While it is understood that inadvertent errors do occur when typing in this information, it is the customer's responsibility to respond to requests to repair address problems. If the customer does not respond to requests to fix address problems so that their order can be delivered, and because of this the shipment gets sent back to Jigantic.com, then the shipment is classified as a refused shipment and the policy for refused shipments apply.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

By placing an order with Jigantic.com, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. Click here to read our web site Terms and Conditions.

Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria. If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by Jigantic.com, and you will be assessed a returns processing fee of $10. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.

All Returns must include the following Basic Criteria.

  • Product must be unopened and in it’s original and factory-sealed packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, shrinkwrap, etc.)
  • Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
  • Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Original packing slip or invoice. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
  • The return must be complete and include everything included in the factory sealed packaging (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

Standard Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from Jigantic.com and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 14 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA) within 14 days. RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When the time runs out, the RMA expires, you may no longer return your product and it will not be accepted.

Many products include an unconditional 30 or 60 day Money-Back Guarantee with the Manufacturer and should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Any product that has a guarantee with the manufacturer will be required to go through the manufacturer for their return and no RMA will be provided. Additionally, many problems can be resolved with the assistance of technical expertise from the manufacturer. Contact the manufacturer directly to arrange the return. Be prepared to provide the manufacturer with the following information: Date of purchase, Serial number, manufacturer part number.

If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have. Due to manufacturer's policies, there are certain items sold on our website may ONLY be returned directly to the manufacturer.

 

Except as provided for verified defective products (See Defective Item Return Policy below), you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse.

Only items that are unopened are available for return. Any items that have been opened cannot be returned, will not be accepted, and an RMA will not be provided. Some items that are unopened are also not returnable. If an item is not a regularly stocked item, where we have the item specially ordered for you, or shipped directly to you from one of our distributors, we must obtain an RMA directly from the distributor on your behalf first. An RMA will only be granted if the distributor accepts the RMA request. Also, see the Large Item Return Policy below.

Any order of Software that is and order of licensing (sometimes called open, volume, or electronic licensing) cannot be returned.

Only items that are unopened are available for return, even if it is incorrect. Please be sure to inspect the product closely and assure that you have the correct item before opening it. Any items that have been opened cannot be returned, will not be accepted, and an RMA will not be provided.

The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. If the RMA number is written on the original manufacturer’s packaging, it will be deemed as damaged goods and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Any returned item(s) must be in the original manufacturers packaging. The packaging must be intact, and free from holes, tape, and writing. There must be no stickers, other than the shipping label on the manufacturers packaging. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. Please use care when shipping your product to Jigantic.com

You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse.

Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase. All accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $10, whichever is greater.

Please allow up to fourteen days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 10-15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.

There is an option for the Advanced Replacement of an incorrect item. A new and separate order for the replacement item may be placed so that the replacement may be obtained quickly. If this option is chosen, then a refund will be provided after your return is processed within 10-15 business days after receipt of the item.

Jigantic.com in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact incorrect for any product that is returned to us for that reason. Sometimes, the customer believes they received an incorrect item, when in fact, they received exactly what they ordered. If it is determined that the item is indeed correct, then your return will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $10, whichever is greater.

For returns that are exchanges, a return processing fee of $10 will be applied.

Defective Item Return Policy

Defective products under warranty by the manufacturer must be replaced directly with the manufacturer and not through Jigantic.com. Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Jigantic.com in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective for any product that is returned to us for that reason.

Defective products have the same return timeframe requirements as Standard Items. You have 14 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from Jigantic.com and get your product to a shipper to return back to us.

Physically damaged items cannot be returned to Jigantic.com. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use. Please be aware that careful utilization and installation of products is an important customer responsibility. CD’s and DVD’s can be cracked when removing them from their cases. Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Memory Sticks can crack or become inoperable with improper installation. Cabling will endure bent pins when being forced into position. This is not a complete list, as they are just provided as examples. Please use care when utilizing and installing your purchased items. Please contact the manufacturer for any broken or damaged items.

At Jigantic.com’s discretion, the original item may be repaired and returned to you, instead of sending a replacement item. We strive to uphold our standard RMA processing time for these types of items; however, in some situations the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. Unfortunately, Jigantic.com cannot expedite the RMA repair process in these situations, as we must abide by the manufacturer's established processing time. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on the manufacturer’s turn around time.

Once your return is processed, is verified to meet the basic criteria above, is found to be defective, and it is determined that a replacement product will be sent to you, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships depends on the item’s availability at that time.

For products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses, provided that your defective return must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.

Items become out of stock during the timeframe return process, even though they were in stock at the time of purchase. If that item is still a regularly inventoried item, and is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either Jigantic.com can send you a replacement item, as determined by Jigantic.com, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.

If an item becomes discontinued by the manufacturer, either before or after the RMA is granted, Jigantic.com will provide a refund of the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price, nor may it be less than fifty percent of the original invoice price.

Large Item Return Policy

Any order that is not shipped via a parcel or box, such as AIT Front Door Delivery or Freight Carrier, is not returnable, even if unopened. Some examples of items shipped via these methods are large multi-function printers, or a large quantity of smaller items. Additionally, oversize televisions and monitors (greater than 25 inches) may not be returned.

Please be advised of the following responsibilities upon taking delivery of your large item purchase. You must carefully inspect the box your item comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, or an incorrect item, refuse delivery immediately. The shipper will remove the oversize TV and we will credit your order, or reship your order. Do not sign the shipper's release form unless you have inspected the item. Your acceptance of the item constitutes your acceptance of the condition of the item as delivered, and you understand that you cannot return the item. After delivery, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.
